The Finnish Board of Film Classification uses an Internet-based notification system of interactive audio-visual programmes. Notifications may be submitted in the system on both PEGI rated and other interactive audio-visual programmes.
Games with a PEGI rating shall be registered automatically; the assessment of suitability of the notified age category shall slightly slow down the registration of other games.
The system may be used free of charge, but it requires the conclusion of a user contract. Print out the appended contract in two copies and return it filled-in and signed to the Finnish Board of Film Classification.
The notification may still be submitted also on a paper form. The application for the classification of a game shall always be filed on a paper form.
